FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a dental orthopedic structure and method of its manufacture, relates to the field of medicine, in particular to the field of dentistry, and is intended for the manufacture of dental structures. Dental orthopedic design includes a dental element screwed to the dental implant, containing the main part and the seat in the form of a protrusion, monolithically connected to its main part, if necessary coated on at least a part of the surface with a burned ceramic mass with a thickness of up to 5.00 mm. In the dental unit, at least the projection surface intended to come into contact with the implant has a coating with a thickness of 0.001 mcm to 0.1 mm made of metal oxide or combinations of metal oxides with electrically insulating properties, applied by vacuum deposition or chemical and plasma chemical deposition from the gas phase. Method of manufacturing a dental structure made of metal or metal alloy includes the following stages: a) milling the main part, if necessary, to obtain from it a form that is close to the shape of the patient's tooth; b) applying, before or after milling, at least part of the seat in contact with the implant as a protrusion of a coating with a thickness of 0.001 mcm to 0.1 mm from one or more metal oxides by vacuum deposition or chemical deposition or plasma chemical deposition from gas phase; c) applying, if necessary, on the main part of the workpiece successively facing layers of ceramic material with a thickness of up to 5.0 mm; d) firing the workpiece in the form of the main part with a seat in the form of a protrusion; e) removing from the oven a billet in the form of a main part with a seat in the form of a protrusion, followed by placing it on the implant so that at least part of the surface of the protrusion is coated with the implant.
EFFECT: inventions allow to ensure high density, accuracy and tightness of the connection between the dental implant and the protrusion of the main part.
