FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to medicine, namely dentistry, and can be used to improve the quality of treatment of patients using dental implants. The impression is removed and the diagnostic plaster model is cast. The model is scanned using a 3SHAPE three-dimensional contactless laboratory scanner. The forming individual profile of the device’s gum eruption is modeled along the contour of the tooth or the tooth of the same name from the opposite side in the 3SHAPE Implant Studio program. In this case, the device is formed as a truncated hollow cone, the outer side of which has a polished surface, and the inner a rough surface, the upper wide base of the forming device has an inner diameter and shape corresponding to the outer diameter and shape of the temporary crown, the inner lower diameter and shape of the narrow base has a diameter and shape corresponding to the extraosseous part of the installed dental implant, while the lower narrow base has an inner section of a cylindrical shape with a height of 3 mm, the diameter and shape of which correspond to the diameter and shape of the extraosseous part of the installed dental implant. The ready forming device and a temporary crown are milled using PMMA plastic. A simulated forming cone is installed on the model. Tooth extraction is performed. Dental implantation and installation of a forming device on an implant installed in the oral cavity are carried out. A temporary abutment with a forming device is fixed using a light-curing composite. Direct relocation of a temporary crown made of PMMA plastic is carried out before the operation and its installation on a temporary abutment, the wound is sutured with intedrrupted sutures. After the period of osseointegration, the quality of the formation of the contour of eruption through the gum is evaluated. After 10 days, the sutures are removed.
EFFECT: inventions, due to the use of a shaping device manufactured before surgery, taking into account the individual characteristics of the patient, make it possible to solve aesthetic problems and restore chewing function at the initial stages of orthopedic treatment, shorten the period of adaptation to permanent prostheses and reduce postoperative discomfort.
