SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. In the method, the device for non-invasive determination of the partial pressure of blood gas in the blood in the circulatory system of a subject of interest includes a non-invasive temperature detector for detecting temperature-related measurement values indicative of current actual natural differences in temperature levels. Also the device includes a non-invasive oxygen saturation sensor for obtaining measurements of the oxygen saturation of the blood of the said subject when considering said temperature-related measurement values and a blood gas pressure processor for determining the partial pressure of the gas of the blood of the monitored subject from said obtained oxygen saturation measurements when considering said temperature-related measurement values indicative of current differences in the subject’s blood temperature levels. Said processor is configured to receive oxygen saturation data from the oxygen sensor and temperature data from the temperature sensor. Disclosed are the system of artificial ventilation of the patient’s lung, a method for non-invasive determination of the partial pressure of blood gas in the blood in the circulatory system of a subject of interest and computer-readable medium on which a computer program is stored for performing the steps of the method.
