FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plants for recovering hydrogen by steam reforming of hydrocarbons. Apparatus includes an adsorption desulphurisation unit with a regenerable adsorbent, equipped with a regeneration gas supply line or without a regenerable adsorbent, reformer, carbon monoxide converter connected to the reformer by a feed line of synthesis gas, with a hydrogen release unit – a hydrogen-containing gas supply line, and with the adsorption desulphurisation unit and with the reformer – the purified raw material supply line, on which the heater is installed. At the same time, the hydrogen recovery unit is equipped with lines for supplying exhaust gas and hydrogen output, and is connected by a water supply line to a water treatment unit equipped with water supply lines and deionized water. Besides, the plant is equipped with a gas turbine unit including a compressor with an air supply line connected by a compressed air supply line to the combustion chamber, which is equipped with offgas and regeneration gas supply lines or only by the exhaust gas supply line, and is also connected by a combustion product supply line to a turbine equipped with an electric generator with electric current supply lines to the reformer with electric heating elements.
EFFECT: simplification of installation and elimination of indirect heating of reformer reaction space.
