SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, specifically to a heterocyclic compound of formula IA1a or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, where n is 2–8; p is 1; q is 0; R1 is hydrogen, and R2 is hydrogen; R4 is hydrogen; and R5 is selected from a group consisting of halogen; alkoxy having from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, unsubstituted or substituted with phenyl; or where n is 0; p is 0; q is 1; R1 is hydrogen, and R2 is hydrogen; R4 is hydrogen or halogen; and R5 is an alkoxy having from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, phenoxy or alkoxy having from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, substituted with phenyl. Invention also relates to a treatment method based on the use of a compound of formula IA1a, the use of a compound of formula IA1a and a composition based thereon.
