FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to immunology, and is an immunogenic modified protein comprising (i) a protein having a supercoiled domain, and (ii) at least one positively charged peptide linked to the C-terminus or N-terminus of the supercoiled domain, wherein said modified protein has a sequence, as shown in SEQ ID NO: 42 (IMX313P), or has the sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 7. Invention also relates to an immunogenic modified protein, which is a protein having a trimeric supercoiled domain, directly linked with the sequence SEQ ID NO: 37 (SPRRRRRRRRRS), wherein the protein has a sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 61.
EFFECT: modified proteins have increased affinity for negatively charged polymers, such as nucleic acids or heparin, and exhibit increased immunogenicity.
