SUBSTANCE: immune-regulatory vaccine comprising a first portion comprising at least an anti-CD32 molecule linked to a TLR9 ligand and a first peptidic alpha-helix, and a second portion with at least epitope and a second peptidic alpha-helix coiled to the first alpha-helix, as a result of which a super-helix is formed, said first and second portions being interconnected by the formation of said super-helix, said first and second alpha-helixes being two different helixes, and wherein said super-helix is a hetero-helix formed by said two different helixes. Also described is an immunotherapy method for the treatment of allergic diseases in a patient, comprising administering to said patient an effective amount of a vaccine, wherein in said vaccine said anti-CD32 molecule is directed against CD32a and CD32b. Kit for obtaining a vaccine is also described.

EFFECT: method of treating a subject is provided to cause anti-immunogen IgG transient immune response, preferably with a defined maximum IgG titer, induced after vaccination, followed by reduction in the titer by at least 30%, preferably by at least 40%, or by at least 50%, or by at least 60%, or by at least 70%, or by at least 80%, or by at least 90%, or 100% within 6 months after vaccination, comprising administering to said subject an effective amount of a vaccine comprising an immunogenic composition, comprising a first portion containing at least an anti-CD32 molecule, linked to a TLR9 ligand, and an immunogen that is linked to said first portion preferably by linkage or affinity binding.
