FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of chemical equipment, in particular to a reactor with a cold wall for hydrogenation in a fluidized bed. Reactor includes a housing having an outlet for the reaction product located in the upper part thereof, an inlet opening for cold hydrogen gas located in its side wall, a loading opening located in its bottom, a housing, a surface layer and a heat-insulating gasket, in addition, the reactor contains an inner shell of a cylinder, rigidly fixed inside the housing and having an outlet in its upper part, made in the form of a cylinder and hermetically connected to the outlet for the reaction product, and the inlet in its bottom, made in the form of a cylinder and connected to the inlet opening. Side wall of the inner shell in the form of a cylinder and the inner side wall of the housing define a cavity that serves as the first circulation channel, and on the side wall of the inner shell in the form of a cylinder there is a second circulation channel, wherein the inner part of the inner shell in the form of a cylinder is connected to the first circulation channel via the second circulation channel.
EFFECT: invention provides uniform mixing of materials, uniform temperature and increased reaction efficiency.
