SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of profiled truss structures made of composite fiber material and can be used in aviation and space technology. Tooling for forming a profiled truss structure made of composite fiber material contains a base, on the upper surface of which the forming groove is made, and the bottom supports are made. In this case, the continuous route of the forming groove is two or more turns embedded into each other. In places of strengthening the profiled truss structure, the coils are in contact with each other. Cover with a forming surface covering the forming groove is installed on the upper surface of the base. Forming surface of the cover and the forming groove of the base form a forming channel for laying the composite fibrous material. Forming channel has the same thickness along the perimeter of δ wall.

EFFECT: invention provides the creation of a tooling for forming a profiled truss structure made of composite fiber material with high-precision geometrical shapes.
