FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and apparatus for controlling the amount of injected ammonia in a system for desulfurization and denitrification with activated carbon. Method includes obtaining data on the state of flue gases at the inlet, data on the state of flue gases at the exit, the flow rate at the corrected temperature and pressure of the flue gases at the inlet and the flow rate of ammonia diluted with air, calculating the first corrected amount of injected ammonia by applying a predefined first calculation model and calculating the first target amount of injected ammonia corresponding to the first corrected amount of injected ammonia, by applying a predetermined second computational model.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the development of a method and device for controlling the amount of injected ammonia in a system for desulfurization and denitrification with activated carbon, which have a high degree of automation and are more flexible and convenient, as well as in obtaining injected ammonia in an economical way.
