FIELD: treatment of gases.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to apparatuses for purifying fumes using activated carbon, suitable for the treatment of polluted air, in particular, for effective apparatuses for denitration and dispersion of ammonia, for purification of sintered fume, and relates to the field of environmental protection. The apparatus for desulphurisation and denitration comprises an adsorption column (1), an analytical column (2), a gas mixer (3), a first conveyor (4) with activated carbon, a second conveyor (5) with activated carbon, and a hopper (AC) with activated carbon, located above the adsorption column (1). The adsorption column (1) is provided with a fume gas inlet (A) on one side and with a fume gas outlet (B) on the other side. The first gas pipeline (L1) extending from the gas outlet of the gas mixer (3) is connected with the gas inlet of the hopper (AC) with activated carbon. The second gas pipeline (L2) extending from the gas outlet of the gas mixer (3) is connected with the fume gas inlet (A). And the third gas pipeline (L3) extending from the gas outlet of the hopper (AC) with activated carbon merges/combines with the second gas pipeline (L2). The apparatus also comprises a desorption column (2) equipped with a nitrogen-transporting pipeline with four branches. In the claim, activated carbon is used for preliminary adsorption of part of the ammonia; wherein part of the ammonia is re-injected in the middle of the adsorption column in order to enhance the denitration effect.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides highly effective denitration and desulphurisation of fumes.
