SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Described is a drug film of prolonged action, which contains the main component in the form of a 30 % aqueous solution of gelatin, auxiliary and drug components. As auxiliary components it contains a 20 % solution of human albumin, saline, powdered polyvinylpyrrolidone, collagen, fibrinogen, thrombin. As a drug component it contains a biologically active substance – vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the following ratio, wt. parts: 30 % aqueous solution of gelatin – 1.5, 20 % solution of human albumin – 1.0, polyvinylpyrrolidone – 0.1, collagen – 3.0, fibrinogen – 0.125, thrombin – 1.0, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) – 0.02, saline – 10.0. Described is a method for producing a drug film, which provides the possibility of an effective concentration of the active substance in the blood for 7 days.

EFFECT: film does not prevent the fusion of the wound edges with each other, contributes to the epithelization of the wound edges on the 7th day of the study.
