FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology, and concerns the prediction of hematogenous metastasis in invasive carcinoma of a non-specific type of mammary gland. To do this, carry out the determination of different populations of circulating tumor cells (CTC) before treating a patient. Multicolor flow cytometry method determines the level of CTC populations using a molecular panel of markers, including EpCam, CD45, CD44, CD24 and N-Cadherin, and monoclonal antibodies labeled with different fluorochromes against these markers. Following indicators are scored: presence of a threshold level of CTC with a sign of stem and EMT before biopsy; presence of a threshold level of EpCam-negative CTC with signs of stem in the EMT state prior to biopsy; the presence of the CTC threshold level without signs of stem in the EMT state prior to biopsy, and also determine the size of the primary tumor. Data obtained is processed by the method of mathematical analysis using the regression equation developed by the applicant. And when the probability of developing metastases is P≥50 %, a high risk of hematogenous metastases is determined in this category of patients, and at P<50 % a low risk is determined.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the accuracy and informativeness of the forecast before the treatment of the disease.
