FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a molded product. Method includes processing a metal sheet having a body-centered cubic structure and surface, which satisfies any of the following conditions (a) or (b); molding of this sheet metal, causing flat strain and biaxial strain, and allowing at least a portion of this metal sheet to have a reduction in sheet thickness from 10 % to 30 %. Conditions (a) or (b) are as follows: (a) the fraction of the area of crystal grains having a crystal orientation of 15° or less relative to plane (001) parallel to the surface of the metal sheet, is 0.20 to 0.35; (b) the fraction of the area of crystal grains having a crystal orientation of 15° or less relative to plane (001) parallel to the surface of the metal sheet, is 0.45 or less, and the average size of its crystal grain is 15 mcm or less.
EFFECT: technical result is to reduce the thickness of the sheet.
