SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to stents for positioning in the bifurcation of a blood vessel and systems for their insertion. Stent for positioning in the bifurcation of a blood vessel comprises meshes, a distal and a proximal end, and a retaining element led through opposite meshes at the proximal end of the stent. Retaining element is a guide wire which, with its distal end, is guided outside through two opposite meshes at the proximal end of the stent. Said stent may be a balloon-expandable stent. Kit consists of a catheter and said stent, as well as a guide wire, which is connected to the retaining element of the stent.
EFFECT: invention provides a higher accuracy of positioning of the stent.
