SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment, namely to a balloon catheter, particularly for expansion of stents in branches. Balloon catheter comprises first inner balloon, second outer balloon, wherein second balloon completely surrounds first balloon, separate supply lines in the catheter to the first and second balloons, which allow the pressure bottles loading independently from each other, and the central channel for the guide wire. In expanded state, both balloons have a diameter wider in the proximal region than the distal region. Inner balloon has, in transition area between proximal and distal area, larger diameter than outer balloon. Said balloon catheter can be provided with a stent attached thereto.
EFFECT: inventions provide placing stents in branched vessels and attaching them to a stent placed in the main branch.
