SUBSTANCE: device providing quick repair and replacement of knives and combining grinding and sterilization of medical waste is presented, which is a vertically assembled structure assembled into a single unit that can be disassembled. In the device, the three chambers contain a loading and mixing chamber, a grinding chamber, and a sterilization and unloading chamber connected together. Further, the left and right sides of the grinding chamber are respectively equipped with repair gate, made as a single unit with the shafts of the rotary knives. When the blades are being repaired or replaced, only the repair gate need to be dismantled, after which the replacement process can be performed outside the grinding chamber. Stationary blades are pressed on the inner wall of the grinding chamber using back plates. In this case, the bolts for securing the back plates are screwed from the outside.

EFFECT: use of this invention makes it possible to accelerate and simplify installation and dismantling of knives.
