FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Proposed is a polynucleotide to ensure high expression of the target gene in a microorganism belonging to the genus Mortierella. Said polynucleotide corresponds to any polynucleotide selected from the group consisting of (a)–(c), where (a) polynucleotide, which consists of any nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 22 to 26; (b) a polynucleotide that has a nucleotide sequence having 90 % identity or more relative to any nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 22 to 26, and which exhibits promoter activity in cells of a microorganism belonging to the genus Mortierella; and (c) a polynucleotide that can hybridize under stringent conditions with a polynucleotide consisting of a nucleotide sequence complementary to any of the nucleotide sequences selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 22 to 26, and which exhibits promoter activity in cells of a microorganism belonging to the genus Mortierella. Also proposed is a vector for the transformation of Mortierella, containing the specified polynucleotide; non-human transformant transformed by the specified polynucleotide or transformed by the specified vector.
