FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Disclosed is a method of producing L-threonine, involving culturing a recombinant coryneform microorganism capable of producing L-threonine, where the recombinant coryneformic microorganism is transformed by inserting a promoter which is represented by the nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 1, below the stop codon of the target gene on the chromosome, and where the target gene is a gene which codes dihydrodipicolinate synthase.
EFFECT: invention increases production of L-threonine by 50 % using said recombinant microorganism in the presence of acetate in comparison with the parent microorganism.
