SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, namely, the production of L-lysine. Invention is a method for producing L-lysine using a recombinant coryneform microorganism in which expression of a target gene, selected from the group consisting of a gene encoding subunit E1 of pyruvate dehydrogenase, gene encoding homoserine dehydrogenase, and gene encoding the UTP-N-acetylmuramoylanyl-D-glutamate-2,6-diaminopimelate ligase, it is attenuated using a gene transcription inhibition method.
EFFECT: claimed invention makes it possible to obtain L-lysine in high yields.
