FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the hydrothermal method for producing a bioreabsorbed material based on hydroxyapatite (HA) using microwave radiation (UHF). Method includes the preparation and mixing of a mixture of calcium hydroxide, the concentrated 60–80 % aqueous solution of orthophosphoric acid and water, while observing the required pH of the medium in the process, followed by exposure to microwave radiation for 20 minutes and calcination the product of synthesis. In this case, the microwave impact on the source components is carried out with the power of 1,305 W in the hydrothermal plant at the temperature of 100 °C and pressure of 5 atm and calcination of the synthesis product at 800 °C for 4 hours.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the development of the method for obtaining bioreabsorbed ceramic two-phase material used for medical purposes, including for the replacement of bone tissues.
