SUBSTANCE: invention relates to desulfurization technology (desulphurisation). There is an in-house system of wet desulfurization using suspension layer and regeneration is proposed. System comprises a slurry bed reactor, a gas-liquid separator, an instantaneous boil-off evaporator and an oxidative regeneration tank, which are connected in series. Desulfurization efficiency is 98 % or more. This invention is intended to carry out regeneration of spent desulfurizer by reacting oxygen-containing gas with enriched solution, and depleted solution can be reused as desulfurizing suspension without formation of secondary pollution.
EFFECT: proposed method using embedded system is simple and rational, with high efficiency of desulfurization and regeneration, with simple equipment, occupies small plot of land and has low level of investment, which is very suitable for promoting development of industry.
