FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for restoring and hardening parts of the running gear of tracked vehicles, crane wheels, and coupling cars. Flux-cored wire consists of a steel shell and a powdered charge and contains components in the following ratio, wt%: metallic manganese 3–5, manganese nitrated 2–4, ferrovanadium 1.5–3, molybdenum 2–3, ferrotitanium 3–5, ferrosilicon 1.5–3, ferroaluminium 1–2, boron carbide 1.0–2.0, boron nitride 1.0–2.0, sodium silicofluoride 0.5–1.0, iron powder 6.0–22.8, steel sheath – the rest. Composition of charge varies depending on deposition method including coefficients of transition of alloying elements in weld metal.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the durability of the coatings deposited on the parts, working under shock-abrasive wear.
