FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: device for the manufacture of diesel and jet fuel using synthetic oil from Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, containing hydrotreating reactor (A), high pressure hot separator (B), first distillation column (C), hydrocracking reactor (D), hydroisomerization reactor (E), second distillation column (F), first mixing chamber (I) and second mixing chamber (H), device additionally comprises a condensation fractionation column (G) and a tube M for the source material of hydrotreating reactor (A), which is connected to inlet pipe (J) for the oil mixture and inlet pipe (K) for circulating hydrogen. Method of manufacturing diesel and jet fuel using the specified installation is also disclosed.
EFFECT: with simple technology, a stable process, low investment in equipment, low costs, a long period of operation, it is possible to get a high yield of diesel and jet fuel, which can be used directly as fuel or as mixture components.
