FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of resource saving and the regeneration of materials during the disposal of objects of technology, in particular, it is intended to extract filler powder from a composite material. Method consists in heating the composite material in an environment of continuously purged gas with removal of gaseous products from the heating zone with subsequent extraction of the filler. In this case, the decomposition products of the composite material are preliminarily determined, which are used as indicators of the completeness of the decomposition process. Composite material is heated to a temperature not lower than the decomposition temperature of the binder. At the exit from the heating zone, samples of gaseous products are sampled, in which the presence of indicator substances is determined. By the absence of indicator substances in the gaseous products, the end of the process of decomposition of the binder composite material is judged, after which the regenerated filler is removed.
EFFECT: technical result is the reduction of the production cycle and the control of the extraction of the filler from the recyclable material.
