FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for preparing a food product has been proposed, which includes the preparation of a filling, the conclusion of a filling in a shell of flour dough, using boiled in vegetable oil for 5–30 s of pea pepper as a filling, each pea boiled in butter is wrapped in flour dough and the product is cooled to a temperature of -3 to -18 °C.
EFFECT: invention increases the nutritional value and improves the taste of food.
