FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for effectively teaching young footballers to dribble the ball. Result is achieved in that the trainer chooses a training program for the ball dribbling and stroke of a football player from the library of the software and hardware complex containing the means of video control of human actions and the means by which the artificially controlled opponent is formed. Moreover, the hardware-software complex forms the opponent's robot as a combination of two separate remotely controlled balls of a given size, located at a given distance from each other, which programmatically impede the movement of a football player, imitating the points of contact of the opponent's feet with the playing field. At the same time, these balls are made with an internal controlled illumination, whose work is visible through their outer shell with a given transparency in any position of the ball. Software and hardware complex sets the sequential order of illumination and movement of a pair of controlled balls, simulating the enemy's moves. Given a conditional color or turning on the illumination of the ball, the hardware and software system shows imitatively the position of the foot of a football player. Task of the athlete is to control the position of the conditional support, swing the opponent's robot and make a stroke from the side of the ball imitating the opponent's supporting leg. Mistake is the contact and / or displacement of a ball or balls from fixed positions with a foot or a soccer player’s ball. Hardware-software complex registers the actions of a football player, forms a data bank of errors, their characteristics, and sends or does not give the audible a real-time audio signal to the subject. For novice athletes, the speed training mode is minimal, the response time of the balls and the change of color (illumination) of the balls is greatest. For experienced players, it is set close to the real game and depends on the individual fitness of an athlete. This invention provides a multivariate simulation of individual training tasks with the possibility of their repeated repetition for the formation and consolidation of the young football player's skill of dribbling the ball with a stroke in different speed modes.
EFFECT: invention allows to create conditions that have a pedagogical and methodological advantage in comparison with the known methods of training.
