FIELD: sport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the training methods of football players and is intended for teaching the technique of dribbling with groundmove. Effectiveness of training is achieved by the fact that trainer from the library of hardware/software complex chooses training program for stroke, carried out on the field with light dynamic illumination and stationary or dynamic zones, which are forbidden to find an athlete or sports equipment, simulate the opposition of rival players and impede the movement of the athlete. Changing the zones and training modes are set by the hardware/software complex or manually. Feature is that predetermined number of stationary or mobile zones simulating rivals is formed all round with a predetermined interval discontinuous contour from a predetermined number of controlled balls. In this case, controlled balls are made with an inner controllable hardware/software complex illuminated, visible through their outer shell in any position of a ball. By the illumination of balls, four variants of teams for athlete are formed: movement is forbidden – an entire contour is lit, movement is not limited – contour is not lit, movement is allowed only to the right of the zone – the left half of the contour of the zone is lit, movement is allowed only to the left of the zone – the right half of the contour is lit. To approximate conditions of training to real game, suddenly changing circumstances of each lighting contour is unpredictable for athlete switches programmatically or manually by trainer. Athlete, when tracing the zone, takes into account position and dynamics of change in the illumination of the circuit and does not allow stroke to forbidden signal. Software/hardware complex performs video registration of athlete's movement, records athlete's mistakes. In the absence of errors of the athlete, the area and speed of change of zones increase until the athlete can accurately make their stroke. According to the maximum speed of the athlete, speed of transformation and the area of the zones, at which the athlete, performing this exercise, does not make mistakes, judge the technical preparedness of the athlete and his quality of motor actions.

EFFECT: claimed method with accessible technical means in any bright illumination of playing field allows to train and develop technical actions of athletes in football and other game sports.
