FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the methods of training in game sports. It can be used in training of players, hockey players and basketball players. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the opponent's stroke training is performed on the playing field with controlled light-dynamic illumination. Light emitters form a given number of light zones imitating rivals, which the athlete must bypass the specified number of times. Change of position of light zones and training modes is set by software and hardware complex or manually. Preset number of light zones with contrast boundaries imitating contenders is formed in the form of a circle of specified size with halves which are clearly separated by optical method. One half of the zone having optical release is set as a signal to prohibit the movement of the sportsman, and another one as a signal to the free passage. Software and hardware complex performs video registration of athlete's movement, records athlete's mistakes. Feature is that the image of each light zone imitating the opponent is formed using a stencil of the gobo projector, moving and/or rotating the image area, wherein each light zone-opponent is formed by a template from two contrasting different halves, one of which conditionally displays the prohibition on movement of the sportsman, and the other indicates the permitted direction of movement. Zones are programmed by hardware and software system or in manual mode are oriented with preset rotation speed for specified time relative to sportsman in four positions and four modes of its actions are formed in shift: stopping - movement is prohibited, movement is not limited, movement is allowed only to the right of the zone, movement is allowed only to the left of the zone; to approximate training conditions to real game unexpected circumstances, frequency and direction of rotation of the zone, as well as its orientation relative to sportsman are unpredictable for trainee. According to the maximum speed of the sportsman, frequency of change of orientation of the zone relative to the sportsman, at which he does not make mistakes when performing the given exercise, technical qualification of the sportsman is determined.
EFFECT: technical result, to which achievement the claimed invention is aimed, consists in simplification of software and hardware complex, use of simple and cheap gobo projectors with stencils of projected images.
