FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pre-catalyst installation for ethylene oligomerization. Installation for the preliminary formation of a catalyst for ethylene oligomerization is described, containing: first tank with a first inlet for gas, containing a solution of cocatalyst and modifier; second tank with a second gas inlet, containing a chromium compound and a ligand; mixing basin, connected by pipelines with the first and second tanks, each pipe having a flow control valve, which is independently a thermal mass flow meter or a Coriolis flow meter; mixing basin is connected through a pipeline, having a flow control valve with an oligomerization reactor; wherein each gas inlet is connected to the first tank and the second tank, and wherein the first tank, the second tank, the mixing basin and the flow control valves, at least partially located in a temperature-controlled housing; wherein the flow control valves are independently thermal mass flow meters or Coriolis flow meters.
EFFECT: ensuring accurate dosing of the catalytic composition in order to avoid the formation of sediment side reactions.
