FIELD: gas turbine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the gas turbine building, in particular to the spark plugs technical condition assessment, having at least one of the electrodes terminals from the material, containing palladium, during the spark plugs manufacturing or in their technical condition checking after repairs. During the said spark plugs technical condition monitoring, monitoring the uninterrupted sparking presence in the spark plugs spark gap by the voltage application to the ignition device. Measuring the spark gap actual value and performing the spark gap measured actual value comparison with the standardized value, in the presence of uninterrupted sparking and in the absence of the actual measured spark gap value exceeding the standardized value judging on the spark plugs technical condition. Additionally, estimating the palladium diffusion amount from the terminal into the electrode material by the spark plugs x-ray images comparison with the x-ray image reference sample.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the spark plugs technical condition evaluation reliability.
