FIELD: vibrodiagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibrodiagnostics of industrial equipment and concerns the degree and rate of development of a detected defect in the process of vibrodiagnostics of working industrial mechanisms. The degree of development of the nascent defect is determined by assigning the values of the amplitude coefficients to the corresponding frequencies obtained when the local maxima coincide with the reference ones, which form sets of frequencies. At the same time, each set, depending on its influence on the development of the defect, is assigned a weighting coefficient, after which the degree of development of the defect is determined as the value of the integral indicator. Moreover, the rate of development of the defect is estimated by increasing the numerical value of the integral indicator as a result of periodic multiple determinations of its values.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability and accuracy of the results of vibration diagnostics is achieved.
