SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering. Low-power boiler of high-temperature fluidized bed with a system of automatic control of the combustion process consists of a boiler and a system of automatic control with a programmable controller, control units of regulators, actuators and variable frequency drives, to which cables are connected: gas analyzer, sensors of the temperature of the fluidized bed, temperature and pressure of water at the inlet and outlet of the boiler; executive mechanisms for regulating the supply of fuel, the gates of the incoming air with the control channels of the post-primary and secondary air, dilution, removal of slag and ash with sensors, control devices and security; frequency-controlled drives of the fan, exhaust fan, fuel feeder and a movable grill to remove slag and ash. Boiler is equipped with an air heater for incoming air with outgoing hot gases from the boiler; at that the outlet of the outgoing hot gases from the boiler is divided into two nozzles, where the first and the second adjustable gate valves of the outgoing hot gases are installed, respectively, the outlet of the first gate is connected to the chimney, output of the second gate is connected to the inlet of the air heater, its outlet is connected to the chimney; the adjustable first and second gate are connected to the corresponding control units of the regulators of the automatic regulation system.

EFFECT: improving the efficiency of the claimed technical solution by increasing the efficiency of a low-power boiler and increasing its level of automation.
