FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, namely to a system for automatic control of a combustion process in a power plant for burning wood wastes and peat with an active waste heat boiler of a high-temperature fluidised bed with an air heater. Automatic control system consists of programmable controller (PC) (1), control units of air supply control with control channels of primary zoning (22), (23), (24), (25) and secondary air (34), fuel, rarefaction, removal of slag and ash with sensors and actuators, control and safety devices, frequency-controlled drives of fan (13), smoke exhaust fan (14), fuel feeder (15) and movable grate for removal of slag and ash (16), diesel-generator (46). At the same time exhaust gases from diesel-generator (46) go to air heater (17), for this purpose outlet branch pipe of hot gases from diesel-generator is divided into two branch pipes, on which first and second adjustable exhaust gases (37) and (39), output of first gate (37) is connected to silencer (45), the output of second gate (39) is connected to the inlet of air heater (17), the output of which is connected to silencer (45), adjustable first and second gates (37) and (39) are connected by cables to corresponding control units of regulators of automatic control system.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of automation level by system of automatic control of combustion process of heat recovery boiler of exhaust gases of diesel-generator, as well as in improvement of efficiency of control of combustion process in transient and stationary modes.
