FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat power engineering, namely to systems for automatic control of boiler low-power combustion process of high-temperature fluidized bed in case of emergencies. It comprises programmable controller (PLC) (1), control units, air feed regulators with primary (18-21) and secondary air (35) control channels, fuel, vacuum, removal of slag and ash with sensors and actuators, control and safety devices, frequency-controlled drives of fan (13), smoke exhaust fan (14), fuel feeder (15) and movable grate for removal of slag and ash (16). In its turn, the boiler unit consists of a mechanical furnace device in the form of movable grate (16), which is inclined to horizon, heating surfaces, fuel feeder (15) and an ejector. Device for removal of slag from boiler furnace in emergency situation is additionally equipped with emergency electric drive grate (16), water flow rate (40), with emergency water pump with electric drive (37) for cooling slag removed in emergency, which are connected by communication lines to corresponding control units PLC (1). Besides, the system is equipped with an uninterrupted autonomous power supply unit (41) with the possibility of automatic activation of emergency drives in case of external power supply failure made in the form of a diesel generator or uninterrupted power supply unit (41) equipped with an automatic switching device to an external reserve power line.
EFFECT: higher automation level of boiler unit and increased safe operation at emergency.
