SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Closed sterile system for the distribution of hematopoietic stem cells into the cryobag includes: cryobag 1 with a cryobag connected to the port through multi-way valve 2 with syringe 4. Syringe 8 is connected to port 7 of cryobag, and syringe 6 is connected to port 5 of the cryobag. System has a syringe for cryoprotectant, connected through a multi-pass valve. System provides a syringe for leukoconcentrate of hematopoietic stem cells (HSC). System has a syringe for air.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to distribute the hematopoietic stem cell concentrate from the original package to the cryobag, accurately measure and subsequently dose the required volume of the cryoprotectant and HSC concentrate, and also to add the cryoprotectant to the cryobag with the biomaterial without violating the hermeticity of the system, thereby ensuring a minimization of the risk of contamination in the subsequent transplantation of HSC used to treat oncohaematological diseases.
