FIELD: water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: water electrochemical activation plant contains located vertically outer 1 and inner 5 electrodes, fixed mutually stationary and coaxial with the help of made of dielectric material bushings 6, placed between the electrodes 1, 5 diaphragm 16 from elastic ultrafiltration material, which divides the interelectrode space into the electrode chambers 17, 18, water supplying 20 and draining 21 lines. Outer electrode 1 is made in the form of square tube with end parts 3, 4 in the form of hollow rings. Pipe internal cavity is divided into sections by longitudinal seals 19 from elastic dielectric material. Inner electrode 5 is made in the form of pipe, is equipped with conductive plates 11, between which made of electrically insulating material vertical fins 12 are installed, located in the same plane with the longitudinal seals 19, has inserts 13 from dielectric material, equipped with the square outer profile and grooves 15 on the mating surface with ribs 12, by means of which the inserts 13 are fastened with ribs 12. Diaphragm 16 is fixed on the inserts 13 outer surface, is located between the longitudinal seals 19 and the vertical ribs 12 edges.
EFFECT: invention allows the use the diaphragm without a frame, to ensure the water uniform movement along the electrodes surface and to achieve reduction in the water electrochemical activation process energy consumption.
