SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically to the production of an immunogenic polypeptide that provides for the formation of an immune response against infection caused by spirochetes of the Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato complex, and can be used for serodiagnosis of tick-borne borreliosis. Recombinantly, in cells of the E. coli BL21 (DE3)/pETdbpagNH strain of bacteria, a DBPAG fusion polypeptide consisting of the immunogenic domains of the Borrelia garinii and Borrelia afzelii DBPA proteins is obtained.

EFFECT: invention provides a new polypeptide that is advantageous for the development of a new test system for the diagnosis of Lyme borreliosis.
