SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to detection of Lyme disease and other diseases transmitted by ticks. Disclosed is a solid substrate for detecting the presence of antibodies in a biological sample, containing microbial antigens immobilized on said solid substrate, comprising at least one antigen obtained from a group consisting of pleomorphic round bodies of genus Borrelia, wherein said Borrelia species is selected from a group consisting of Borrelia afzelii and Borrelia garinii, and said antigen is a lysate of said pleomorphic round bodies of genus Borrelia. Also disclosed is a method for detecting antibodies in a biological sample and using said solid support for making a diagnostic test.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides creating a new platform that enables distinguishing acute, past, chronic and persistent stages of diseases transmitted by mites.
