SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula (I):[Chem. formula 1] (I), where ring A is a group represented by the following formula: [Chem. formula 2] or , X represents a hydrogen atom, cyano, halogen, C1-6alkyl or hydroxymethyl; R1 is a group represented by the following formula: [Chem. formula 3] or , where R1a and R1b, each independently of one another, represents a hydrogen atom or C1-6alkyl; m is 0, 1 or 2; when m is 2, then R1a and R1b not necessarily different from each other; R2 represents C1-6alkyl or hydroxy; U is a group represented by the following formula: [Chem. formula 4] , where R3a and R3b, each independently, represents a hydrogen atom, C1-6alkyl or hydroxyC1-6alkyl; Y is 0 or 1; or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, which have antagonistic activity against the receptor NK1.
EFFECT: prevention or treatment of cancer-chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.
