FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrochemical machining of metals and alloys and can be used to obtain complex-shaped surfaces of parts of aircraft gas turbine engines. Method of electrochemical machining of parts made of titanium alloys includes pulse-cyclic processing of parts in the electrolyte using an electrode tool at the stages of roughing, fair smoothing and finishing. At the stage of roughing with periodic control of the interelectrode gap, the operating current is stabilized by changing the operating current pulse duration and when a constant operating current pulse width is reached, the smoothing of the part begins, at which the treatment is carried out at the said constant operating current pulse duration, and the stabilization of the operating current is carried out by changing the feed rate of the electrode tool, after the smoothing stage, a finishing treatment stage is started, at which the interelectrode gap is periodically monitored, and the operating current is stabilized by changing the pulse width of the operating current.
EFFECT: increased productivity while maintaining accuracy and quality of pulse-cycle processing while reducing processing time.
