FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: method involves treatment of a part from titanium or a titanium alloy in an electrolyte by vibrating electrodes using anodic controlled rectangular pulses from a voltage source with constant amplitude. Roughing, final and finishing modes are set at treatment; electrodes are diverted to an inter-electrode gap corresponding to the set mode. Supply of voltage pulses is synchronised with moment of diversion of the electrodes from the part, and during the part treatment process, the specified average value of operating current is maintained by control of duration of the above rectangular voltage pulses, which is set in direct proportional dependence on the inter-electrode gap value.
EFFECT: creation of a dimensional electrochemical treatment method providing improvement of manufacturability of surfaces of parts from titanium and titanium alloys of complex shapes due to a simpler technology and reduction of labour intensity of manufacture.
