FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: device (options) and system for preparing cell populations, method for producing a prepared stem cell composition, and method for increasing CD105+ cell number in bone marrow of a patient are proposed. In one option, the device contains a feeding plate for liquid intake, a base plate and several intermediate plate. Each intermediate plate contains a distributing channel and a collecting channel. In another option, the device contains the first lid, the second lid and an intermediate module. The intermediate module includes a frame, an inlet for the flow, a distributing channel, inlet holes, drain holes, a collecting channel, a vertical channel. The system contains a base, modular devices, each device includes a feeding plate, a base plate, intermediate plates, the first and the second tubes, a reservoir and a pump. The method for producing a composition includes cultivation of stem cells on substrate, and application of controlled shift voltage to stem cells. The method for increasing CD105+ cell number includes injection to a patient of an effective number of mesenchymal stem cells containing the composition prepared by the above-mentioned method.

EFFECT: inventions provide for control of mechanical impact on cells intended for conditioning using controlled application of shift voltage to cells.
