FIELD: radio navigation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio navigation and can be used to determine spatial coordinates of a moving object and control its movement in navigation zones. Method is characterized in that a station of a transmitting system comprising a plurality of at least two groups of stations with given and known at the object coordinates of antenna phase centers (APhC) of stations, including at least three stations in each group, APhC of which for one group are located on one specified straight line, and APhC for the other group are located on the other specified straight line, radio signals with individual features for each station are transmitted. On the object, radio signals receive, identify and measure projections of velocity, acceleration and derivative of time-dependent acceleration of the APhC of object on the straight lines connecting the APhC of object to the APhC of the stations, and based on said projections for each of the three ordered stations of each of the groups, determining the distance from the APhC of stations to the APhC of object based on the measurement equations proposed in the method. Coordinates of the APhC of object in the given Cartesian coordinate system are determined from these distances.
EFFECT: absence of requirements for provision of synchronized transmission of radio signals by stations and availability of a common time system transmitting radio signals of the system and the object.
