SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computing communications technology. Technical result is achieved by receiving in the mobile device a machine-readable code (MR code) from the client device; receiving in the mobile device a session identifier (session id) from the MR code; sending the session id to the remote system and in response to sending the session id to the remote system receiving the connection input data in the mobile device, which connects the mobile device to communicate with the client device over the communication channel through the remote system.
EFFECT: technical result is to provide user authentication through a machine-readable code that encodes the session identifier.
