Light source contains a light-generating element connected to each other through a light guide and a polarization element located at a distance from it, located at the base of the insulator of the insulating element. Detector contains interconnected via a light guide polarization analyzer located at the base of the insulator, and an intensity sensor located at a distance from the analyzer. Polarization element, the Faraday sensory device and the analyzer are connected to each other using polarized optical fibers.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the accuracy and reliability of measurements.
