SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynaecology. Biopsy material from the cervix during pregnancy is obtained using the "Fotek" apparatus using a loop electrode with a working part thickness of 200 mcm, in the "Cutting" mode, power from 60 to 70 W, exposure duration 2-3 s, wherein discharges are preliminary removed from cervical tissue by non-contact exposure to 0.9% saline cavitated by low-frequency ultrasound.

EFFECT: method is safe and provides accuracy of sampling for reliable interpretation of biopsy material during pregnancy.
