SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to an ophthalmic nano emulsion composition. An ophthalmic nano emulsion composition having a range of average particle size from 1 nm to 100 nm contains: cyclosporine, castor oil, polyoxyl 35 castor oil, a hydrophobic emulsifier, an aqueous solvent taken in certain amounts. Disclosed are versions of an ophthalmic nano emulsion composition comprising: cyclosporine, castor oil, polyoxyl 35 castor oil, one or more hydrophobic emulsifiers, an aqueous solvent taken in certain amounts.
EFFECT: disclosed combination of a hydrophilic emulsifier and a hydrophobic emulsifier, castor oil in a certain amount exceeding the amount of cyclosporine forms a stable and transparent ophthalmic nano emulsion composition.
