SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used for opencast mining of mineral deposits with uneven distribution and complex configuration of ore bodies. Method of layer-by-layer development of complex structural deposits of solid minerals includes milling of the rock mass in layers of fixed width and variable depth, selective excavation of layers of rocks with an uneven distribution and a complex configuration of rocks in the plan; control of the process of shipment to dump trucks using an automatic control system; differentiation of sections of the rock mass in terms of elements. To exclude losses of conditioned rock mass during fixation by means of sensors, the visor is rotated in terms of the hinge by means of a hydraulic cylinder to capture the rock mass at the boundary of the separation of elements at an appropriate angle with respect to the loader bucket. When lowering the visor by means of hydraulic cylinders, the telescopic frame hydraulic cylinders are simultaneously extended by the cylinders to ensure vertical movement of the cutting edge of the visor along the boundary of the rock mass element.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the productivity, reliability and expansion of the technological efficiency of mining operations with an uneven distribution and a complex configuration of rocks in the plan.
