FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to reconstructive surgery. Skin-fat flap in the form of a band with a width equal to three finger diameters is formed on the abdomen coaxially with the finger. Length and width ratio is 2:1. ε-shaped incision is made on the side of the ventral semicircle of the finger. Triangular graft is cut out at the proximal end of the tape, which is sutured in a tube around a bone base of a finger with bringing a triangular graft under the base of the formed stem. In 4 weeks, the stem is dissected away from the abdomen and a finger end is formed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to cut out a skin flap of the required sizes, having adequate blood supply ensured by maximum preservation of newly formed vessels, their longitudinal orientation and additional revascularization of tissues as a result of formation of the pedicle; use of a full skin-and-fat graft enables covering not only the skeleton of the finger, but also its skeleton flexor and extensor tendon; using the closed feeding pedicle of the stem flap improves the plastic properties of the formed soft finger tissues and enables to restore its full skin; presence of uniformly uniform high-grade skin-fat cover on the formed finger provides adequate functional and cosmetic results, including due to preservation of tendons.
